HZS50 Concrete Batching Plant with 50T Horizontal Cement Silo in Kenya

One set of our 50m3/h concrete batching plant with horizontal cement silo was finished installation recently. Customer spoke highly of our concrete batching plant especial our horizontal cement silo. 

He said that the horizontal cement silo saved much time and cost for him.

1) If he used traditional vertical cement silo, he would need about 3 days to make the foundation and another 7 days for it to be dry.Then he would need at least one day to install it. If the vertical cement silo was bolted type, he would need at least three days. During the installation, he would need to rent a truck crane, 5 labours, 1 welder, 1 electrician at least.

2) If he used traditional vertical cement silo, he would also need about 20m3 concrete and about 0.5T rebar.

By using our horizontal cement silo, he only needs to rent a truck crane, two works and 1 electrician. And the installation can be finished within half a day.
