Mobile batching plant

On Dec. 15, 2019, we finished the installation and test running of our new type of mobile batching plant for our clients. It took us only 3 days to finish the installation.

This is a fully mobile batching plant equipped with a mobile cement silo. Compared with traditional mobile batching plant, this new type of mobile batching plant enjoys the following advantages:

Firstly, Cost-saving, time-saving and labour-saving. There is no need to make huge concrete foundation for all parts of the mobile batching plant. We just make sure the ground surface is flat and dry, then we can place the machine on the ground, connect the wires and then we can use it.

Secondly, Easy to move to other job sites. All parts of this mobile batching plant are mobile, so it is quite convenient to move to other jobsites.

Currently, we have 20m3/h, 30m3/h, 60m3/h and 100m3/h this type of mobile batching plant.
