20m3/h mini concrete batching plant installed in Sri Lanka

We are very proud that our 20m3/h mini concrete batching plant was finished installation within 5 days in Sri Lanka, although our engineer can not go to the work site to help client with the installaiton due to Covid-19. Installation was finished smoothly with our online technical support.

Components of our 20m3/h mini concrete batching plant:

1. JZM500 drum type concrete mixer;

2. PLD800 aggregate batcher with 3 bins;

3. Water, cement and additive scales;

4. 50T horizontal cement silo;

5. 219mm*8m screw conveyor;

6. Central control system with control room and air conditioner.

7. Travelling unit for aggregate batcher and horizontal cement silo.

Advantage of our 20m3/h mini concrete batching plant

1. No civil work is needed because the whole mini concrete batching plant is equipped with wheels and can be put on the ground directly;

2. Small space is needed. The structure of this mini concrete batching plant is compact so it doesn't need a big space;

3. Central control system is used, so it is very convenient to use;

4. The whole mini concrete batching plant is equipped with wheels so it is very easy to move to other work sites.
